A stalled withdrawal is common, and in most cases the cause is procedural rather than anything dishonest. Work through these in order.
- KYC incomplete: by far the most common cause. Finish verification inside the app.
- Name mismatch: the payment account must be in your own name.
- Wagering outstanding: if you took a bonus, the turnover has to be completed first.
- Banking hours: processing pauses at weekends and on public holidays.
- Max cashout cap: bonus winnings may have an upper limit on what can be withdrawn.
