How to withdraw
Complete verification
Finish KYC before your first withdrawal. This is the single most common reason payouts stall.
Add a payment method
Use an account in your own name. A name mismatch will get the request rejected.
Check any bonus wagering
If you took a bonus, its wagering requirement must be complete first.
Submit the request
Enter the amount and confirm. Save the reference number.
Keep a record
Screenshot every request. It helps if something goes wrong.
If your withdrawal is stuck

If anyone asks for a fee up front to release a withdrawal, stop. Genuine platforms do not ask for money before paying you. Anyone on Telegram or WhatsApp telling you to deposit in order to unlock a withdrawal is running a well known scam.
For payment problems, contact the platform’s official support with your reference number and a screenshot of the request.

Why do withdrawals get delayed?
Common causes: incomplete verification, outstanding bonus wagering, a name mismatch between the gaming and payment accounts, or a request made outside banking hours.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
Fees will be added to the table once confirmed. Note that Easypaisa and JazzCash may also apply their own charges.
