Keeping your account secure
- Use a password unique to this platform.
- Never send an OTP, password or reset code to anyone.
- Do not save your login on a shared phone.
- Log in only through the app or the official site.
- Change your password immediately if anything unexpected appears in your balance.

I have forgotten my password.
Use the forgot password option in the app to have a reset code sent to your registered number.
My account is locked.
Common causes are repeated wrong passwords, duplicate accounts, or incomplete verification. Contact the platform’s official support to have it reopened.
