Basic rules

- Never share an OTP, password or reset code. Genuine support never asks for them.
- Do not save your login on a public or shared phone.
- Log in only through the app or the official website, never through an SMS or WhatsApp link.
- Keep a screen lock on your phone.
- Change your password immediately if you see anything unexpected in your balance or transactions.
