Understanding these terms matters, because the conditions that actually affect you are written using them.

TermWhat it means
Wagering requirementHow much you must stake in total before a bonus can be withdrawn. 20x means a 1,000 rupee bonus needs 20,000 in turnover.
TurnoverThe total amount you have staked, whether you won or lost.
RTPReturn to Player. The percentage returned to players over the long run.
House edgeThe percentage the platform keeps over the long run. The inverse of RTP.
VolatilityHow sharply your balance swings. High volatility means rarer but larger wins.
KYCKnow Your Customer. Identity verification, normally required before your first withdrawal.
RNGRandom Number Generator. The system that decides each result.
Max cashoutA cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus winnings.
Sticky bonusA bonus that can never be withdrawn, only played with.
RolloverAnother name for the wagering requirement.
Self exclusionThe option to close your own account and block yourself from returning.

The most important term in any bonus offer is max cashout. Plenty of players complete the wagering requirement and only then discover there was a cap on what they could actually withdraw.
