An honest look at referral programs
Referral commission is paid out of other people’s losses. An agent earns when the players they referred keep playing, and over time most players lose money. That is worth understanding clearly before you bring in friends and family.
It becomes even more apparent in multi level structures. If your income depends on how many new people you recruit rather than on what you do yourself, go in with your eyes open.
These claims are not true: guaranteed monthly income, lakhs from referrals alone, or any pitch that never mentions risk.
If you do become an agent, tell the people you recruit about the wagering and withdrawal conditions too. Selling only the upside tends to damage relationships later.
